Portal Messages and Telemedicine Update
Portal messages are not checked after hours or on the weekend. If you have an emergency, please dial 911. If you need immediate assistance from us after hours, please do not send a portal message as they are not always checked after hours. If you need assistance during work hours, call 717-795-9566.
The patient portal is for yes/no or basic questions to the team. Our goal is to provide the best care possible which is why we may ask that you schedule an appointment if you have questions that require a change in treatment.
We are now using a new telemedicine program.
When you receive your appointment reminder, you will receive a link to access your telemedicine appointment. If you do not receive that reminder with the link or have been logged on and waiting more than 10 minutes for your appointment, please contact our office at (717) 795-9566.
